@earthmothering9 @DenisCOVIDinfoguy @auscovid19 So, PSA regarding #paxlovidmouth I cried myself to sleep last night bcuz I couldn't stand the taste in my mouth. This morning my Ex was going shopping for me and I asked him to please add fresh lemons to the list I sent him. When he dropped it off, I sliced a wedge out of the lemon and sucked on it a while. I haven't been bothered by it since!! 👍

The only thing I found that covers the ever-present vile taste that #Paxlovid leaves in your mouth were Finnish salty salmiakki licorice.

My experience: Eventually the horrible taste became less prominent (but that took a week) and then it was only a weird aftertaste when eating. But it is very unpleasant because it really tastes like garbage.

I remember "go suck a lemon" was a common comment where I grew up, as a kid. Never thought it would be my saving grace, lol! 🍋🍋🍋😂
