That does not apply to a pizza made on your order in a sit-down pizzeria where you wait just as long as in other kinds of restaurants.

Which is the critical difference - “with a strong priority placed on speed of service”. If you don’t prepare it with a focus on speed, and prepare it in a slow way, serve the customer in a more normal slow setting, then it’s not “fast food”.

By that definition nothing is fast food.
