The genuine confusion you feel when almost the entire world loves #LoveBetweenFairyandDevil and you detest it to the depths of your very being. 😆 🙃
But that's par the course for me - I tend to dislike very popular dramas. Disliked Ashes of Love too. Two things are deal breakers for me: An infantile female lead & terrible acting.
When you have both together, well, that show doesn't stand a chance with me lol.

@liztai (in Ashes of love there is a reason for that infantile Acting. The character is a child in the beginning and there is some magic involved. But it's totally fine not to enjoy a Drama. I just wanted to clear up that it's not done to set up a stereotype or to gain a certain audience)

@bookstardust yea I get the reason. But the acting wasn't good enough. For eg, I didn't mind Xuan J's (Love and Redemption) childishness because she was a better actress.

@liztai yeeeeaaah, that's fair. In the end I think the Phoenix was more lacking but because of not so good script writing. I just love the story, since I have such nostalgic love for the novel. The Novel was just pure perfect. So I still like the drama.
