The folks that worked on this LEGO age check text field (!!) are automatically the best web developers on the planet right

(Sound on for perfection)

Does anybody out there know anybody at LEGO who might have worked on this?!

I'd love to learn more about it, and I'd also like to know why I can't find it again!! 😝

@cabel Many years ago they had a big team in NYC - my GF was an art director there. But they pulled everything back to Europe,my assumption is this was done in house. It was a great brand to work for as this sort of thing could get approved. Mary helped come up with ‘cool creations’, a pre-social network site feature where kids from around the world could share their projects.

@syncretist @cabel

I remember like a quarter century ago working with Critical Path Software here in Portland on a bid for a MacOS port of the Mindstorms CD-ROM because it was done in Macromedia Director. Didn't land it (and I think it may never have been ported) but that would have been so cool to do.

@cabel We have a number of web developers in our company in Denmark and a Lego chat in our slack. I posted a link to your video there. Hopefully that generates some leads!
@cabel when did you encounter this? I can ask on Teams 😅
@cabel I just accidentally stumbled upon it – it happens when you scan a QR code on the building instructions
@sageolson Oh yeah!! That’s what I did!!! Thank you!!!
@sageolson @cabel Control Center Code Scanner ❤️
@cabel I just happened to stumble upon this again. Looks like this URL gets to it every time: https://identity.lego.com/en-US/age
