School started today. Only one other child in my child’s class is wearing a mask, for a total of four for the whole grade. None of the teachers are masked, including the visibly pregnant one. Wastewater has already been showing a steady increase the previous two weeks. High temps this week mean everyone will be indoors & windows will be shut.

Hang onto your butts & cross your fingers. I’m betting there’s a classroom exposure before the end of the month. #covid #chicago #school #ClimateChange

@shawrd773 Are they where they need to be but just turned off, or in some mysterious place sitting in storage? I know that's not the most important thing but I am curious about that.
