In line for a sold out viewing of #Oppenheimer at the #MODS #IMAX theater, one of only 30 in the world that can screen the movie as it was shot by #ChristopherNolan, in full 15/70mm.
This is the second of 4 (so far) extensions of this first-run, with almost all upcoming shows sold out.

We're on the side, 3 rows from the top and on the end side f the row. A compromise that should be ok.

And yes, it's an amazing film, despite the historical and cultural oversights.

Just, wow! A moving, profound and masterful #film.
I'm guessing #ChristopherNolan has seen #ComeAndSee because that hidden scream during the celebration is very much like the #SoundDesign of the scene in the forest when #Glasha and #Flyora get surprised by the #artillery attack.
The scream in #Oppenheimer prepared me for what came next, and that whole sequence was the most emotional part of the #movie, for me.
It's a massive #film that is also deeply personal and intimate.
My second viewing of #Oppenheimer hit just as hard as the first; it holds up.
The #MODS #theater #SoundSystem seemed to working much better than the first time, as I actually felt it at different points, unlike the first time, and heard a more subtle, chilling scream in the #SoundMix.
It's a full #MovieGoing experience of #story, #acting, #sound, #visuals, #SetDesign, #costuming, #effects, and more; a pure #cinematic #masterpiece.
