Always put a comment to self on the top of the doc in BOLD/ CAPS = check dates! After sending it to my TAs I would invariably get a reply within 15 minutes saying “practical 2 is last semester’s date!” Or “points for quizzes wrong!” No matter how many times I looked at it my familiar eyes would always miss something. Sometimes not so minor.
