What does it solve, other than adding friction and time to complete task?

@dahukanna same as most password requirements lists, it was a bad solution to a problem that we don't have any more. if we ever really had it to start with @stephaniewalter

Yeah, nope, bad idea to start with BUT I've seen this SO MANY TIMES
My silhouette app has the shittiest implementation: they forbid the crl key, but not the v. So, when I copy paste, I get "v" as password. WTF. No only did they disable this, but also the worse way possible
