I appreciate the hell out of my state's Lt Governor getting proactive about banned and challenged books and going on a Banned Books Reading Tour so people can have conversations about these books. And today the tour hit the AP! #bannedbooks #gaypenguins

@jessamyn anyone who wants to ban a book needs to submit a detailed 1 page book report and explicitly point out the offending passages.

@luvadergolder They cheat off of one another! I have seen some very very terrible power points that were just basically "the dirty parts" photocopied out of hundred page books
