TheBossRossOne of the recent changes on Twitter is that videos downloaded from Insta no longer upload. So I use a photo/film app (in my case, InShot), open the clip & save it again. It now uploads fine. It's also now 2.5x the size of the original clip. But hey, that's Elon's problem, not mine.
