Media reports say a grand jury in Fulton County, #Georgia has begun voting on possible criminal charges against former President Trump related to #Election2020.

Fulton County Judge Robert McBurney has returned to his courtroom, shortly before 9 p.m.

"The indictment includes 41 felony counts," Fulton County D.A. Fanni Willis tells reporters.
"Every individual charged in the indictment is charged with violating Georgia's" #RICO Act, adds the Fulton County district attorney.
Some of the alleged crimes in the indictment occurred outside #Georgia but are part of the effort to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election in Georgia, explains Willis.
Trump and other criminal racketerering defendants are to surrender by noon Aug. 25, says Fulton County District Attorney Fanni Willis.
"We do want to move this case along" and desire a trial date in the next six months, says Willis.
"Do I intend to try the 19 defendants in this indictment together? Yes," says Willis responding to reporters.
