Everyone is paid the same.
1 day / week = $42,000/yr
2 days / week - $84,000/yr
3 days / week = $126,000/yr
4 days / week = $168,000/yr
5 days / week = $210,000/yr
And everyone earns equity in the business on the same terms as the founders.

We haven't had any pushback, really—by being transparent, people just self select out if it's an issue.
Sure, some people have earning potential beyond $210k—but you're not finding an equity arrangement more generous than what we offer.
The transparency attracts the people this appeals to, and sends the rest off elsewhere.
