Zach WeinersmithOHMYGOD so to pick up a little French I follow several subreddits, and... apparently the French for premature ejaculator is ejaculateur précoce, which sounds like it means "precocious ejaculator" which is a much more uplifting term.
Omar Antolín@ZachWeinersmith Same in Spanish: "eyaculador precoz". And yes, "precoz" does also mean "precocious". (Probably also in French but I wouldn't know for sure.)
