@javawithjiva @[email protected] I didn't expect anything else. I said I was utterly unsurprised. I'm just disappointed in… all of it. EU still not having good enough legal avenues for immigration forcing people into perilous journeys, investing money instead into more policing by autocratic states (e.g. paying Tunisia to patrol their seas better), internal bickering on immigration between states (and especially Hungary's stance.) Somewhere on the list is the disappointment in media coverage too.
