Random trip to Minneapolis thread. Mainly food here. Allison and I are vegetarians.

Stop on the way: Sookie’s Vegan Burgers in Madison, WI. Air-fried tater tots, Impossible burger, and a vegan chicken sandwich. Highly recommend. Forgot to take food picture but here’s Allison in front of the place.

Got Herbivorous Butcher for lunch, had a vegan Italian Trio. Forgot a picture but it's the nuts, and got a bunch of stuff to bring home too. Highly recommend.

Reverie. Great vibes, and whoever was running the playlist had great taste. I'm still medium on jackfruit but this was the best I've ever had it.

Forgot a picture. Hell’s Kitchen (no affiliation with Gordon Ramsey). Lemon ricotta pancakes. No syrup needed. Phenomenal.

Also a jazz band here, which is a touch I didn’t know I wanted.
