Canadian #cheese options have always been limited and over-priced but this seems beyond ridiculous - over $10 for 138g of fancy stilton
In the UK a) I can't imagine anybody would pre-package a portion that tiny and b) I'd imagine it would be about 2 quid

@jonjennings I can’t comment on prices (probably expensive) but have you checked out Les Amis du Fromage in Vancouver for selection? Grocery stores don’t have much range.

A cheese-specialist store with a French name? Hmmm, can only imagine the prices!
(Actually, looks like 200g is $10-20 so on par with Save-On)

I must pop into Holland Shopping Centre more often - lots of great stuff cheap & convenient... although it's basically 100 flavours of Gouda :)

@faintingincoils Oooo - worth a visit. E Columbia next to Greens & Beans. Basically everything Dutch: books, clogs, stroopwafels, licorice, hagelslag and lots of gouda!
