2/ “Perhaps even more significant, the pattern exposes consistent violations of judicial norms, experts, including seven current and former federal judges appointed by both parties, told ProPublica. “In my career I don’t remember ever seeing this degree of largesse given to anybody,” said Jeremy Fogel, a former federal judge who served for years on the judicial committee that reviews judges’ financial disclosures. “I think it’s unprecedented.”
@GottaLaff It is way past time to remove this unethical person from the supreme court. It is also time for Alito to go. Finally, real ethics rules must be mandated. If Roberts continues to support these two, he, too, must go to return some semblance of trust to the court.

@William3rd @GottaLaff unfortunately unless we have 17+ GOP senators removal isn't going to happen.

Expanding the court takes far fewer Senators.

We need to expand it so they are irrelevant.

@pixelpusher220 @GottaLaff Should work on both ends of the problem. Too few justices and two corrupt justices.

@William3rd @GottaLaff sure, they don't deserve to have those positions.

But removal is practically/politically impossible.

We need to fight the winnable battles, not waste efforts on righteous but unwinnable ones.

I see it the same as running against MTG in GA. Her opponent raked in 15 million in donations...and still lost by *fifty* points as predicted. GOP doesnt spend money trying to beat AOC, they use AOC to raise money to win entire state houses.

Use the corrupt Justices as campaign ads to tar every GOP candidate. Make them own it.
