Lucky ✨@rodkessler almost certain it's Hebrew lettered cursive, upside down, so it could be Hebrew or Yiddish -- my cursive reading is garbage sadly!
@rodkessler spent some more time eyeballing it with a Hebrew cursive guide... if the first line is cursive for דאס איז מיין then I think this is Yiddish for "this is my..." which seems like a great way to start a caption! But I'm not confident enough to eyeball the massive words on the second line, haha.

It might be a German inscription written in Hebrew characters; it doesn't seem to be Yiddish.
