Rick Mycroft@georgetakei What Comey said was that the FBI was examining the new evidence for relevance to see if the Clinton email case would need to be reopened, eventually followed by "Nope!"
That was long and boring, so the Senate Republicans and Fox changed it to "FBI reopens Clinton case!", and Comey never bother to correct them.
