I heard the #Tories were thinking of backtracking & made an announcement to that effect last week, but after the immediate backlash, didn't a minister come out & say they were sticking to the 2030 target?

If I've understood you correctly, surely #Sunak wouldn't dare do a u-turn a week later? ↩ 😳
