@Popehat Look if the DoJ can just do things that they don't approve of, where does it end? There must be controls on their behavior, because what if people started actually using all the various laws and statues against behavior that they approve of, or people who aren't the correct people to prosecute?

They must follow a guiding hand, or they could just go after anyone for breaking the law, and there are too many laws that were only ever intended to be used on..... certain people.
