@graay also should be noted, Tesla himself.was one of the overworked geniuses that worked for Edison for a time. He bought the hype on Edison and moved to America to work for him. When he learned otherwise, he bailed and did his own thing.

@graay Actually he created power using Earth’s frequencies. Had a car that ran off Earth’s frequency. Lost financing after free energy, to all, was explained to his donors. @jfrench @graay Tesla uses AC motors in some of their models and even brushless DC motors, while not powered by AC, still use an inverter that alternates the current to move the rotor.
