Wow, imperial Supreme Court?
The author does realize that the Supreme Court is not part of the executive branch of government, right?
That’s quite the sensational way to describe a deliberative body with no actual authority to execute any of its opinions.
Get enough people on board and build a provisional government in parallel. Then start stripping authority away from the established government piece by piece, and disband them when they have no power left.
