He has to hit the ground running or else the trolls will be out in force. It seems a lot of money for a player with his career stats, but I guess that is how the market is these days?!
Honestly, I think he could score 5 goals and be a success. Anyone is better than Anthony Martial.
Strikers are just so few and far between; it’s mental money, but they need someone who can score and is full of confidence. He hasn’t got a great record because of his age, they clearly see the potential to hit the ground and get a job done with the supply he will be given. Definitely hopeful, just wary.

Is he this good? I’ve never seen him play, but his numbers aren’t very impressive for me to justify this amount of money.
I checked a video of last season with his goals, nothing outstanding, but he can play off the last man, pressures people well, and with improved supply he looks like he could do a job. The fee is ridiculous but they are clearly banking on CL football and challenging for the title. Not sure who else is available without a bigger fee (like Kane, who I can’t see going to United, and don’t really want him either).
