Samuel Alito said Congress can't regulate the Supreme Court

The statement comes after months of news reports of ethical impropriety by members of the high court.

@uspolitics what an ass. Alito knows that the Constitution established the SCOTUS to hear conflicts between states only. Everything else has been granted by congress. So congress can remove all constitutional matters to a separate court if they so desire. And they should. Let SCOTUS decide water rights for the next 10 years, which is all these corrupt assholes are good for.
@uspolitics the Constitution them the ability to establish the size and jurisdiction of the Court, but not its regulation.

@uspolitics

Given that they are subject to the same laws as we are I would like the DOJ to bring charges and then see what they think of that. Lock them up.

@uspolitics
Sound like it’s time to write one.
@uspolitics the only thing that Bo heard was, “SCOTUS they can be as corrupt as we like and the legislative branch to a thing. So fuck you”
