@uspolitics what an ass. Alito knows that the Constitution established the SCOTUS to hear conflicts between states only. Everything else has been granted by congress. So congress can remove all constitutional matters to a separate court if they so desire. And they should. Let SCOTUS decide water rights for the next 10 years, which is all these corrupt assholes are good for.

@uspolitics the Constitution them the ability to establish the size and jurisdiction of the Court, but not its regulation.
