Which movie makes you crack up not matter how many times you watched it ? - Lemmy.world

for me it’s White Chicks [https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0381707/], lost the number of times i watched it, also recommend Tucker and Dale vs Evil.

National lampoons vacation and Christmas vacation, Planes, Trains, and Automobiles.
Zoolander.
The first time I watched it in its entirety I was on shrooms. I fell asleep after it was over, and woke up to it playing from the beginning (comedy central late night replay) and I watched it again. Lol
The Gods Must Be Crazy. There are legitimate critiques of its treatment of race since it takes place in apartheid Namibia and South Africa, but everyone in the movie seems to be having a great time and the physical comedy is top notch
Holy Grail. Animal House.

Naked Gun 1-3

Airplane 1 and 2

Fatal Instinct

Hot Fuzz

The Other Guys

Also came here to say Hot Fuzz! It's truly a masterclass in comedy.
Anything by Mel Brooks

What can I say? A man of simple tastes.

The Return of the Pink Panther - Wikipedia

I still laugh at Shrek.
Yes my very unpopular opinion is that white chicks is the funniest movie ever made. So many hilarious scenes. Also, Friday and Superbad always keep me in stitches.
Hot Rod, Step Brothers, and Tropic Thunder are a few. I love Tucker & Dale vs Evil too
Oh man, Hot Rod! Probably among the times I’ve laughed the hardest.
Pop Star is really good if you haven’t seen it.
My cousin Vinny.

What We Do In The Shadows
Tucker and Dale VS Evil

Are the two that make me laugh no matter what.

Shoot Em Up too, but for different reasons.

+1 for Tucker and daie vs evil. What a great movie
See No Evil, Hear No Evil
Grabbers
Kung Fury
Beavis & Butthead Do America is hilarious from start to finish

When I re-watched it as an adult for the first time my mind was blown that Bruce Willis was in it.

This also reminds me I need to watch the new one.

The new one is good but not as good as the first
Airplane. Young Frankenstein. Emperors New Groove. Paper moon.
The Emperor’s New Groove is, IMHO, the funniest film Disney has ever made. Most of the films from the Disney revival era are basically musicals with comic relief, but TENG is pure Looney Tunes. It has a great cast and it’s laugh-out-loud funny from beginning to end.
It is such a great movie. Lighthearted, but with a good moral message. So many moments that reference pop culture at the time, but in a timeless way. Just all around great writing and great voice actors. I remember laughing so hard as a kid (and from there on) when Yzma turned into a kitten. So unexpectedly delightful. The movie had lots of those moments.
I didn't really laugh when Yzma turned into a kitten but the best joke for me was bats
My favorite part that I didn’t notice until so many rewatches later was when Yzma pours the poison drink that Kronk messed up into a plant pot and moments later it turns into a llama lmao
Oh hey, I just watched Paper Moon the other day! What a fun movie.
The Return of the Pink Panther
The Return of the Pink Panther
Major Payne, Grandma’s Boy, Shrek 1 & 2, Super Troopers, My Cousin Vinny,
The Incredible Bulk.
Kung Pow: Enter the Fist
THAT’S A LOT OF NUTS!
Face to foot style, how’d like it?
That’s still a catch phrase between my husband and me when we go somewhere crowded.
Oh weee!
This is Wimp Lo. He is an idiot. We have purposely trained him wrong. As a joke!
Let me know if you see a RadioShack.

Megamind

Monty Python's Life of Brian

Dirty Rotten Scoundrels

Not Another Teen Movie

The Meaning of Life, too. Those two Python flicks never get old.
Step Brothers, Talladega Nights and Burn After Reading are three that consistently do it for me.
  • The Producers (1967 Version.). Every scene with Zero Mostel and Gene Wilder is unhinged brilliance, and the supportig cast is equally good.
  • Arsenic and Old Lace: I know it’s a high school drama club staple, but the original film starring Cary Grant is still hilariou. And the plot was way ahead of its time.
  • Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery
Without a paddle. I haven’t seen it in a few years but I remember just absolutely cracking up over it.
Lego Batman. If you haven't seen it, go; go now.
The Princess Bride, and National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation. Both have so many great lines they still crack me up every time!
The princess bride, Stripes, Airplane, Top Secret, The Room, Birdemic, a few others.

Superbad. Airplane

I watch both VERY often and still love all the jokes

Don’t be a menace to society while drinking your Krunk juice in the hood.
Not a movie but every few years I do a rerun of Scrubs (but not the last season).
The UK version that predates it by about 6 years is called Green Wing btw
Hot Fuzz, Super Troopers, and National Lampoons Chistmas Vacation.

Hot Fuzz Billy Madison Out Cold Major Payne Blazing Saddles

… Just to name some off the top of my head.

I still use, ‘like white on rice on a paper plate in a snowstorm’ in normal conversation. Love that movie.
It’s a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World leaves me in stitches every time.
