#Seattle folks: If you use #OpenStreetMap for checking bike or transit info and see any issues (like a bike lane missing, for example), just let me know and I can add it! I try to add everything I know about but there are plenty of places I don't get around to 🚲 🚌
@drewbearjohnson I’m not super familiar with OpenStreetMap. I know it exists but haven’t used it yet. How would see the data you add?
@kyleellman most end-users look at the data after it's been rendered, there are several different renderings on https://openstreetmap.org that you can flip between to get started. I'll also highlight https://zelonewolf.github.io/openstreetmap-americana since that's one I've been contributing to. Another way is routing software, I use https://ridewithgps.com which utilizes OpenStreetMap data for bicycle route planning. There are probably others you've heard of listed here: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Major_OpenStreetMap_consumers
