'stepping out of the frame'

Sometimes I think, if I disappeared, most people probably wouldn't even notice for a long time. I am like a living shadow. Shortly after it has faded, you can no longer be sure whether it was ever there at all. Maybe I should step out of the existing frame. That might change the complete picture.
