Stuart Langridge@Popehat an almost unrelated question, for which apologies. You say in here, “federal courts don’t allow broadcast or media recoding of proceedings”. I’m in the UK, but courts here are similar: I’ve seen artists sketches of people on the stand because photographs aren’t allowed. Is this… a good thing? A bad thing? I don’t know anywhere near enough to have an opinion, but I’d be interested in hearing some thoughts from someone who does (maybe on Serious Trouble if it needs more space)?
