The Vallejo City Council voted unanimously to name a street in honor of Earl Stevens — better known by his stage name as E-40 — the renowned hip-hop artist and entrepreneur who grew up in Vallejo. 'E-40 Way' will run for nearly a mile of Magazine Street.
