@aka_quant_noir Interesting! Yeah I feel like they will never be profitable under Musk's unstable leadership. With ad revenue only being sustainable if they don't scare off advertisers.
So, it's more a question of how soon, rather than if. But I do hope it gets sold into a situation where it could be modeled off Mastodon. For the sake of all the indie artists that have built up a presence there.
@AlanAster By the time Musk's influences are removed (and all his nasty investors' investments are zeroed out) they'll be unloading Twitter for maybe half a bil. Musk may lose his other investments too to pay off those investors. Who knows who will end up with what?
