@skinnylatte as a the librarian responsible for the nature packs that have binoculars and nature guides in them at my library, this is inspiring me to possibly invest in a few backpacks too. Thanks for the idea.

I love that Parks Canada has had a Learn-to-Camp program, including borrowed equipment and actual instructions on how to use it. The local program is even at an urban campground, which means that car ownership wouldn't be necessary.
