So as obviously not a diver, is it normal to refer to the north and south pacific individually? Because that feels like padding to me
it’s normal to shut up and listen to actual experienced divers if you have something like 21 dives (some people do that many in one week). Being a moderator of a community is sort of the opposite of that

That would be 3 dives a day. Very risky. Maybe commercial divers?

Edit: I’m an avid diver with 22 dives under my belt. Only 1 ocean though, thus not qualified to moderate…

I wouldnt call 3 a day risky, but its definitely very exhausting
It’s been a while for me, almost 20 years…but what about the risk of arterial air embolism and decompression sickness?
as long as your ascents are properly timed out with your dive computer it becomes much less of an issue – even less of an issue if they’re leading shallow tourist dives – as the previous post pointed out, your biggest problem is just plain exhaustion (which can lead to its own host of issues)
