Okay, I get the hint! Here's the collage of me pre-gains; hopefully this version isn't too low-res

Obligatory statement: that level of body fat was difficult to maintain long-term, physically and psychologically. I probably was in the ballpark of that for about a year before I just didn't want to do it any more

@eldad Pretty fair. Too many people try to chase that look for as long as they can, even when it hurts them in the long run.

@ZeirosLion yeah my reticence to share these sometimes is that it may implicitly make people feel bad about their own shape, which they absolutely shouldn't

I'm genetically pretty skinny, which was a major factor helping me do that, and also I was running what turned out to be an unsustainable amount every week

@eldad Fitness really is a finicky thing. I'm genetically chunky (thanks dad's side of the family), and it's just hard for me to become any shade of "fit" by today's standards.

Still though, both you and I have to recognize our limits and to make sure that we don't push them TOO hard and do more harm than good.
