@Annie I this and the other message about seeing the moon 😊. I follow lots of pixelfed folks from here on mastodon, but I haven't really seen how it works from the pixelfed side...
Nor have I... I would like to understand things properly though. Some things are strange, like the shares/boosts or what you can see or not? Why some people follow and have followers here and others have t? And so on...🤷🏽
@Annie by which I meant that I believe you will be able to learn and understand as you use it because you are curious and thoughtful and that the software is, I believe, high quality 🙂 But, I have no better advice😅

@Annie I saw a share via pixelfed from you come through as a "boost", I wonder if my typical "unlisted" posting level prevents shares from pixelfed... I can't find an answer, but next time I post something nice, I'll try to remember to make it fully public so you can test ;-)
Thanks for telling! I also wonder how people can see my shares/boosts, but I can't see them here at Pixelfed, and they're also not in my ruhr.social account. But then again people from the Mastodon photo bubble who I know, like or share my photographs. I wonder where they see them.🤔
