Ian Hunt@SusiArnott It is depressing that reactive, short-term thinking took the side of the Rights of the Car. Labour's role was to defend the policy of ULEZ expansion strongly, against nasty and organised disinformation; they should not be preparing now to spread any doubt on this policy or any other serious environmental measures that need to be taken.
