I agree. Not really a criticism of a specific prosecutor… but seems like the #FakeElector prosecutions could have started before the Congressional committee, etc. These #GOP operatives basically committed fraud in 2020, it is now 2023. How hard can it be? Feels a year late to me. As long as it gets done before 2024 I'm okay with it. 🙂

@richardrathe The legal system moves very slowly, as does evidence collecting. It really isn't "how hard can it be?" at all.. It's very hard to build a truly winnable case, get the testimony and documentation you need. We have no idea what it took, nor how long. I remember it took some time before the scheme was even figured out and exposed.

Agree to disagree agreeably in this case...

1) Alleged criminal activity took place in a very narrow time window preceding #JAN6.

2) The frontline perps met illegally in some of the states.

3) They created documents and SIGNED THEIR NAMES (!) to those documents.

4) They then fraudulently sent those documents to the National Archives, which rejected them.

What's more is necessary? Names, dates, activities, documents… should be a slam dunk for the frontline conspirators.

I know this is less slam dunk in the states where they put in a clause about it "being a contingency plan." In the others, they just flat out attempted fraud.

I know that there may be other higher ups who need to be investigated, but "little steps"...🙂
