Men's groups can be a starting point. They have helped me, and they can help you. In a good mens's group biological sex or gender is not an issue, anybody is welcome in such groups that identifies mostly with his male pole (same for women's groups).

They're there for healing the wounds that toxic gender roles (e.g. toxic masculinity) inflict on it's members, and they're a starting point to challenge toxic gender roles and to shift society towards more tolerance and freedom.
