If he appears and makes new false/misleading/perjurious or brand new incriminating statements, could that be used in trial against himself?
That's a big "if" right? Since I would guess that thoughtful counsel would recommend against it, given his tendency to brag about his crimes.

Jack the Frosted Count@Popehat How dumb, on a scale of one to Leavenworth, would a target of investigation have to be to decide to testify before a grand jury without counsel, even assuming the target is as unthreatening as a ham sandwich?
