Bad actors tend to propagate on websites which are... well, hosted by bad actors. And why wouldn't they? The users thereupon certainly don't engage in best practices, security-wise, so they're ripe for the plucking.

And as ZuckCo also actively court the people who are least likely to engage in anything akin to security measures, that makes them a very juicy, low-hanging fruit. I do full well expect some manipulation -- not even hacking as it's so often spoken of, just regular old social engineering! -- to open up half the database within a year.
