My view on masking, in case it isn't clear:

1. Mask indoors in public.
2. Mask outdoors if there's a large crowd, no wind, you're encountering many different people, community rates are high, etc.
3. If you see a mask, wear a mask. No need to ask why they are masking.

@TRyanGregory Does this apply for everwhere? I live in wales, and masked cause untill recently our national guidance said we should, even though no one else did anymore. But as of a few weeks ago the guidance page that mentioned masks vanished, and the pages still present make no mention of masks, even to say they are not advised anymore, so im not sure what to do. No one else seems to be doing it.
