Pet peeve: I don’t like when media outlets do this. CNBC *KNOWINGLY* messaged a defunct email address at Twitter that they KNOW is programmed to respond with this emoji (and has been for 8 months).
Just email Musk directly for comment. We all have his contact info. It’s such a farce to email a dead email acct you KNOW will return this emoji then act like it’s some sacrilege and write it up in this way.

Considering Elon Musk’s latest reply to you via Twitter he doesn’t seem to be interested in real damage control when confronted for any of the Christ awful things he deliberately does and his penchant for hemmoraging massive amounts of money, not paying bills and complaining about the financial state of Twitter.
Luckily you are reporting on his incompetence with the power of a not easily silenced by money company, as Sam Biddle of Gawker was by Peter Thiel.
