Oppositional defiant disorder (ODD) is a disruptive behavior disorder that emerges during childhood or adolescence and is characterized by persistent angry or irritable mood, unruly and argumentative behavior, and vindictiveness. It frequently manifests in hostility toward authority figures.
"One group the law protects but does not bind, and one group the law binds but does not protect." aka "rules for thee, none for me" aka "I dictate, you obey" categorises people into hierarchy of ubermensch (the group the law protects but does not bind) and untermensch (one group the law binds but does not protect).
That's fascism, not ODD
