There was a Reddit post where they figured out how much money the Joker burned in the Dark Knight, and it was roughly 6.5 billion dollars.

So 44 billion would be about 7 times that much.

How much money did the Joker burn in The Dark Knight, and would that be enough to affect inflation?

I've always wondered this, because it seems like an impossibly large sum of money.
