In-N-Out Burger bans employees from wearing masks unless they have a doctor's note - Lemmy.world

The source for this is a tweet from someone unaffiliated with In-N-Out.

(ie, it’s probably false)

Still, In-N-Out sucks and you can do better.

What proof do you have it’s probably false? The article clearly has a big “if” in the last paragraph concerning the validity of the leaked memo.

If you have no facts to back your opinion, it’s worth far less than this article.

Still, In-N-Out sucks and you can do better

Margot Robbie endorses Whataburger:

Whataburger^tm^, Because It’s Right There. (Go watch Vengeance too.)

Only if they bring back the A1 Thick & Hearty Burger though. A heart attack never tasted so good.

Five guys
A regular cheeseburger and fries at 5 guys is $16 + tax. A double double and fries at In n Out is $7 + tax
MM, nothing beats the price of exploitation, you can taste the desperation in the cheese.

Yes so exploited that the employees routinely rank it as one of the best places to work almost every single year. In N Out pays their employees more than 5 guys, by a fucking lot. Last I checked the starting wages at In N Out was $15/hour while 5 guys is barely minimum wage. Store managers at In N Out make 6 figures easy. Full time employees have access to 401k and profit sharing, dental, medical, and vacation accrual. Every single body in that company is promoted from within and all that way up the corporate ladder is people who started by mopping floors at some point.

I don’t really care if you like some other hamburger better than another, but you’re talking out your ass if you think In N Out keeps its prices lower with unhappy employees.

Good Burger, home of the Good Burger.
Burgerville is pretty good if you live in the PNW. It’s downsides are that it’s overpriced for what you get and it’s had some labor issues that don’t put ownership in a good light.
Definitely not a PNW thing, only Portland area. Over priced and labor issues is enough for me to pass next time I’m visiting Portland.
That’s totally fair. Although I’m not sure how you figure that the Portland area isn’t a big part of the PNW.
Didn’t even know they were still in business
Shake Shack is the best fast food burger, hands down.

Nothing tops in n outs quality and consistency for their price . That being said, please continue hating on it. The less people that like it the shorter I have to wait at the drive thru.

The mask thing is fucking weird though, to be fair.

I’m glad it’s there for you and the others that like it.

I tried it in LA, San Diego, and Vegas just to make sure it wasn’t for me. Luckily in most of those places Fatburger’s right up the street. :)
