@bikescape My cetma from 2012 never popped a single spoke, but the cetma from 2018 had like 10 broken rear spokes when I got it. I wonder if lane got a bad batch of wheels or something?
@Andres4NY It’s a mystery. This wheel only has about 400 miles on it, 300 of those with the motor. It’s weird that they broke only on one side - usually it’s pairs on opposite sides on my other bikes. I’m dreading taking the thing off the frame.
@Andres4NY It also has a wheel lock, which may be the culprit since two of the broken spokes are bent where the lock would hit. Repetitive strain injury.
@bikescape Mine doesn't have a wheel lock, but it also broke mostly on one side. There were 10-11 broken spokes, of which all were on one side except for one or two.
