@kainoa I've very sorry to harass you, but I'm not sure who is officially in charge of support for #CalckeySocial if it's not you.
I've been without a feed for more than a week now. I knew there were technical problems, but now
#Calckey seems to be working normally now for most people if I am to believe the accounts I follow from Mastodon or when I search someone's profile.

Where can I get help? I'm really starting to lose hope.
😭
@David @kainoa Migrate to calckey.online, it’s a small server but very stable since it is not the flagship. It’s not quite as feature rich as calckey.social but it just works. Feel free to give me a follow there: @danielmrose
@danielmrose @danielmrose Thanks but no thanks. I'm not looking to move instances (I know how to do that).
@David For me it works fine. Not sure if it actually has something to do with it but have you tried "clear cache" in the settings?

@kainoa
@David how are you using #calckey? On your phone or on a desktop? Are you getting different results on mobile vs desktop? I second @Catonauts advice and try clearing cache.
@seasicksailor @Catonauts I'm using it on both computer and phone, and the issue was exactly the same (including on different computers), hence me thinking it had to do with Calckey and not me...

It seems to be working now... Let's hope it stays this way.
@David that's great to hear it is finally working. I know it has been frustrating for you.
@seasicksailor Thanks a lot.

Very frustrating. I was very patient and okay with waiting while the whole server had issues, but then, when I saw it being active again (from my Mastodon account) and my account would still not work properly, "frustration" was the feeling, indeed.
@Catonauts Yes, apparently, it had to do with clearing the cache. How was I supposed to know? Did I miss an announcement? Is it basic knowledge (I never had to do that on any other social media before).

Well, it seems to be working now. Thank you... Keeping fingers crossed.
@David erm, tbh it is rather basic computer knowledge but one even experts easily forget because of that 😉

Glad it´s working for you now.
@Catonauts I mean, I know about clearing the browser's cache for some issues, but I didn't know there was a "clear cache" function on my account itself.

It seems to be working now, but the timeline remains very slow to load most of the time.
@David @kainoa

@panos : not sure if you could take a look please?
@solarbranka @David @panos seems to be something with their account in specific. I'd recommend clearing the cache and signing out/back in.
@kainoa @solarbranka @panos Thanks a lot.
It seems to be working now... Keeping fingers crossed. Did I miss an announcement saying I was supposed to do that? I had no idea (contrarily to popular belief, not everyone in the Fediverse is a computer whiz
😉).

Thank you, once again... I'll try not to bother you too much in the future. Sorry.
@David @kainoa oh dear. In your settings within Calckey there is a 'clear cache' tile at the bottom. Click that then log out and in.

I hope that works for you.
@bumble

I did that and it seems to be working now. Thank you... Keeping fingers crossed.
