*finally* upgraded to 32GB of RAM in my gaming rig. It’s so cheap right now, I figured why the heck not!

Also, it adds more shiny bright rainbows! 🌈

*yes, I build my own PCs :)

@britt I want to bump mine up to 64 GB, but don't see the reason to right now.
@britt Having 32 GB of RAM is such a blessing. I play Cities Skylines, and that game will gobble every gigabyte it can get its grubby little hands on. The more I can give it, the better.
@gamerchelle Great to hear! I have been playing with maxed-out RAM for many many years longer than I should have tolerated. I cannot wait to have some more freedom! :))

@britt Looks awesome!

My current PC is, like, 6 years old. Can't wait to be able to build my next one.

@Akashana do you think you'll build something soon or wait until the next gen of tech that's on the horizon?

Mine is one I started in 2019 and have upgraded a few times, but I haven't added anything outside of this since early 2021.

I'm eyeing an upgrade in the next 2 years, hopefully. ;)

@britt Probably not soon sadly. Money isn't there right now.

I don't usually play super graphics-intensive games, so having the top tier has never been super important to me (I'm a long-time WoW player - their graphics are better but have never been at the top).

I hope you're able to get the upgrade you're eyeing :)

@britt hard to turn down extra rainbows at the current prices! In theory I could easily go up to 64GB which I know is overkill for me but it's still hard to resist πŸ˜„
@britt congrats on such a large RAM. ;) I got a bit out of touch with PC, having the same beast for 12 years, I finally got round to building my own last year. They are so pleasing and cool inside now, with the glows and the black braided cables all on display through the 'windows'.
@britt thx for reminding me to getting another rig max'd out before DDR3 and DDR4 get absurdly expensive
