U.S. Supreme Court ruled in 2023-04 that access to 1 of the 2 pills (mifepristone) may continue while litigants seek to overturn FSA approval of it.

Wyoming's new laws were enacted after the Supreme Court struck down Roe v. Wade (2022-06). Since then 25 million women & teenagers have been subjected to stricter controls on ending pregnancies or almost total bans on abortion
