bill_1992Flopping was supposed to be punished after the fact with a fine, but it was rarely enforced. If they can’t enforce it with the benefit of hindsight, how are they going to enforce it in real-time?
Honestly I like enforcing it after the fact. If it’s in real time, feels like it’s just another tool for refs to use to take over the game.
